Benedum Aerospace and Industrial Park
The Benedum Aerospace and Industrial Park is comprised of the Airport facilities and two development areas totaling162 acres available for additional aerospace and industrial development, located at the North Central West Virginia Airport. It includes approximately 45 acres of property ready for development along taxiway "H" allowing direct access to the runway for air/truck inter-modal freight/cargo service and 53 acres off the airport facility along Bypass 279 for industrial development. Phase II of the Aerospace Park, currently under development, will provide an additional 64 acres for aerospace and industrial development. Covenants - To ensure a quality development and to protect the investment of each occupant in the park, we have incorporated comprehensive deed restrictions and protective covenants.
Park Features - 45 acres of apron front property immediately available for development in Phase I with an additional 64 acres in Phase II and 53 acres of property along Bypass 279 with direct access to I-79 for industrial development.
Proposed Foreign Trade Zone designation which could exempt 100% of the West Virginia Inventory Tax in perpetuity in addition to potential Duty Tax savings. Application in process.
